Space Rental

RENTAL GUIDELINES
All rentals require that the space is left the way it was found, since there are often other groups using it. Any painting or major alterations must be cleared with The Chance.

Seating - There are 49 permanent seats, that can be re-arranged depending on the production

Tech - There is a professional sound board and computerized light board in the booth. There are CD Players and mini-disc players for professional sound and there are forty channels and dimmers for professional lighting.

Personnel - A part-time technician/attendant will be available to answer any questions you might have, for a fee. A full-time stage manager can also be provided at a negotiable price.

Daytime Weekday Rentals
$30/hr (4 hr. min.) Any day | before 6 PM.
The space is usually open for rehearsals, readings, workshops or photo shoots during the day on weekdays. Very little advance notice is necessary to book these times.

Evening Weekday Rentals
$90/hr (4 hr. min.) Mon-Thurs | After 6 PM.
Events and rehearsals for our productions often take place in the evening around this time. However, some nights may be available. One week advance notice is usually necessary.

Full Weekday
$500 Mon-Thurs | 24 hr. period
A full day during the week can be set aside for your project. For certain events, you can often charge money at the door to cover the rental fee. Two weeks advance notice is usually required.

Weekend Rentals
$120/hr (4 hr. min.) Fri after 6PM, Antime Sat-Sun.
With 2 months of advance notice, accomodations can be made for plays, parties, photo-shoots, film screenings or other projects.

Full Weekend Day
$900 Fri-Sun | 24 hr. period
With 2 months of advance notice, accomodations can be made for plays, parties, photo-shoots, film screenings or other projects.

Full Weekend
$1800 Fri-Sun | 72 hr. period
Host a benefit, throw a party, put on a play... Requires 2 months advance notice.

Full Week
$3000 | Mon-Sun
Enough time to build a set, make a short film, conduct a workshop, rehearse and stage a one-act... Requires 2 months advance notice.
