Parking
There is ample free parking available in front of the theater. The Chance Theater is located inside an industrial complex, so there are other businesses who use the parking lot. Please show up 15 minutes prior to ensure you secure a good parking spot.

Refund and Late Seating Policies

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Please pick up your tickets at Will-Call no later than 15 minutes prior to curtain on the day of performance. Productions will begin on time. There is no late seating. Those who arrive late will be seated at intermission.

All seats are assigned. You will be given the best seats available at the time of purchase.
